Over the course of the third quarter, I made multiple revisions to my magazine in order to improve the quality of the content.
The first revision I made is once again changing the font of the cover of the magazine. I changed the font to a more "fashionable" font. Especially since this is a fashion magazine. As well as adding more color to make the captions pop more. I chose a purply color so it coordinates with the flowers in the milk bath. The caption under the title is a different shade of purple to give variation, and also because it draws attention to an important feature of the magazine. Which is what issue it is. I completely redesigned the table of contents from my midterm submission. I changed the picture of the Eiffel tower from being a full page. It was too overwhelming and needed to be smaller so the reader could focus on the actual contents instead of the picture. I added an additional picture that is of an antique mannequin. I actually have it on display in my room, and I thought it went well with the theme of the magazine, which is fashion. I changed the font and color of the font to a sky blue for the title and a navy blue for the headings. They both coordinate with the blue that is in the picture with the Effiel tower. In addition, I also added the page number on the bottom. Revisions that I made to the article that I changed the font and color of the title, so it would catch the reader's attention while flipping through the pages. In addition, I added columns that are now lined up so they look more uniform and magazine like. As well as placing the pictures in new spots that fit better and look more professional than being in the middle of the page. Page numbers were also added to the bottom, once again to be more conventional and professional.
