Audience Engagement Research- Harper's Bazaar

Harper's Bazaar is another fashion magazine that uses multiple forms of media to advertise the brand.

New York Fashion Week is one of the biggest events in the Fashion Community that happens twice a year. Once in the winter in February, and once in the fall in September. Multiple fashion magazines host afterparties to advertise the brand. They invite an exclusive guest list filled with A-Listers. That included high respected fashion industry executives for big brands. fashion models, and other celebrities.



We have a similar target audience because we both are fashion magazines that focus on beauty and fashion. We both are aiming to get readers that are of the middle class and higher. Not to mention being aimed at females and members of the LGBT community that take an interest in fashion.

Harper's Bazaar also have a website that anyone can go to and look at. The features of the website gives link to there most recent YouTube video. A heading articles that can be of anything from the categories that the magazine covers. However, it usually the most recent and newsworthy topic so it gets the most amount of views possible.

The magazine obviously prints their issues to distribute them out to the public. I intend to do the same.
